Dr. Toddy Waters

Dr. Waters has worked in education at every level, from primary and secondary classrooms to the college level. She has worked in and with schools in New York City, New Jersey, Alabama, South Africa and Nigeria. She holds a doctorate in education and is an avid learner.

She started The Equipped Foundation to expand her work across more communities, helping students succeed in life by giving them the educational tools they need.
